I need a Apexi Head gasket bore size 86.5mm and thickness 1.8mm or 2.1mm will do. Does any one have one not been used?

You will probably have to go to the likes of twosrus in the states to get items like that, or maybe MWR. Also, might wanna get the head checked for integrity, if you've been constantly cooking it. Alternatively, get a stock ST205 gasket, drop the boost to a reasonable level and retune on that. Will eliminate issues down the track.

Will get the head welded and refaced and check for problems, should cost $150.00 to fix the head. It's the head gasket that costing. Ideal is to get a 1.8mm thick Gasket Save lots money on a retune. Still be lowering boost a little.

Just drop the boost and run a thinner gasket. You can make the car more driveable that way by bringing the static CR up to a streetable level and it'll make hillclimbs much more fun!

Chasing $200. Its brand new in unopened packaging. Long story short, when you buy one in ebay from the USA doesn't mean they have it in stock... They emailed me saying it wuold be 4-6 weeks to ship it.. I needed one ASAP so did a ring around of every US dealer to see if I could find one on the shelf. Found one, got it sent, the other one arrived some time later. You'll need deck height(vs piston), piston dish/dome volume, bore diameter and CC volume to calculate the actual compression ratio as installed. Hopefully your tuner has a clue because most people don't give a $*(!. People just base assumptions off of the CR stated on the piston box and this makes a great number of assumptions.

Head is repaired cost $200 had to reseat two valves shaved .25 thou off and ground head bolt area a little to get socket onto the ARP nuts to make life a little easer. So I will put a 2.2mm Apexi on it to be safe. Getting my head gasket from a mate http://sinergymotorsports.com.au/ Cost $350.. for 2.2mm Apexi, That's $150.00 cheaper than ebay and direct from Japan. They can get almost any Mod parts for 3sgte motors. Call and check. Just waiting to pick them up and put it back together again.

Wow... sounds a bit like what I went through not too long ago. Found a crack in one of the valve channels of my head and sourced a new one.
That means I also have a spare stock replacement head gasket sitting in the garage. Obviously you don't need it anymore (especially a stock one from the sounds of things) but I won't be using it, so it's good to know where to get things in Adelaide.
I also got the last VRS kit in Adelaide from Precision Intl. They have plenty of individual parts for the 3S (including gen 3 head gaskets) and may be another alternative.
