The Australian Bureau of Meteorology is the only site that should be used. They have a lot more data to do their predictive modelling on than the others. Yes I am a nerd.

Doesn't really matter much which website you look at. The weather will just do it's own thing regardless of the forecasts and the various sites. Maybe the weather needs some IT training and education.

You'll find that the BOM is incredibly accurate

I'm confused. I'd prefer to have an accurate forecast even if it is ugly!

Its going to be very hot everyone, so make sure that you check your cooling system now. Blasting around at the track on a very hot day is hard on the car.
Also make sure you drink a lot after each run. You'd be surprised at how easily you can become dehydrated. Don't forget sun screen and a hat too!
I was there in December on a 36 degree day and it was nasty! It would have been close to 50 degrees in my suit

You beat me to it Glenn.

Things to remember to bring:
Sunscreen & hat.
Something to keep the mozzies away
Helmet & appropriate race clothing
Spare bits for your car in case something breaks, (I know that never happens............ right?)
Something for Breakfast & maybe lunch................Or Money to buy lunch at the Cafe
Sunday night dinner........ or money to buy something from in town
Maybe some ear plugs in case you have a snoring room mate/mates.  lol
If I remember right there were no bath mats, so maybe an extra towel or even a bath mat for the bathroom.
hhmmm lots of males in 1 cabin.  Air Freshener.............
Your good natured competitive self
Your sense of humour & fun.

I'm sure there are things that I missed.

See you there.

Add Aerogard to that list. Flies at Wakefield are numerous and most have around 200 wing kilowatts
