Please can someone help!

Hi guys
Please you recommend someone that can help me with my 4AGE silver top running too (way too) rich, might be the cold start injector, but I'm not even close to being confident enough to start playing around with it.
I'm based on the gold coast, willing to pay for the help, not expecting freebies.
 
Background.
I purchased the aw11 with the silvertop already in it.  the previous owner claims it has the matching ECU, but I haven't worked out how to check.  The car runs and there doesn't seem to be any mechanical issues. but it runs very rich like there's no air, but I think its more likely to be something like the cold start injector because it also uses too much fuel (18L+ per 100), its just pumping neat fuel out the exhaust.
 
Apart from this, the car is just about perfect (1988 Black AW11).

    Definitely something wrong there. Mine uses about 8ltrs per 100 city driving.
    Have u checked the AFM is working?

    20V 4AGE doesn't use a cold start injector.
    Check the Oxygen sensor is working (pull the codes from the ECU to confirm).
    Check the fuel pressure is correct and matches factory specs.
    Check the AFM is working correctly and matches factory specs. The AFM has a flappy vane thing inside that is spring loaded, if that's not returning correctly, it's gonna run like crap.

    i've seen conversions done with mis-matched AFM's. that will dramatically alter fuel
     
    changes to the water plumbing circuit can upset the ECU temp sensor. it constantly thinks the engine is cold and adds more fuel. however, I cant imagine its that out it pumps out neat fuel
     
    i've never seen a dead oxy sensor make that much difference that raw fuel comes out exhaust. in fact, it cant because its only a trimming device. however, its more than likely "sad" at this age., and more so if its had lots of raw fuel around it. we are changing them all the time on 20V engines
     
    if it really is pumping out raw fuel, i would also suggest a careful look at injector performance., a faulty ECU could be holding 1 open or 1 could be physically damaged. 
     
    any competent mechanic will be able to do the basic diagnostics but few will have any interest in checking the details of the conversion. if you do no good down your way, i'll be happy to look at it after the 13th.  message me to make a booking

    I took it to Toyota (Nerang), what  a bunch of ... well lets just say they were worse than useless!
    Having said that and to be fair they did clean up connections and fix some air leaks and it's running much better now, but I still think it needs someone who is familiar with the model to take a look.  As soon as it's done the car will be almost perfect.  It's in A1 condition black on black.
     
    If there is anyone on the gold coast that is willing to take a look, I'm happy to pay to get it sorted.

    Here is an interesting concept.  I had a problem with the injectors just pumping fuel into the cylinders.  Could not find the problem for weeks.Took it to a fuel injection place and they could not find it. finally one day I decided to take the cover off the ECU and I found that one of the transistors,  the black squares with 3 legs coming out the bottom that are soldered to the board. these run the injector cycles.  One of them had broken off one of the legs over time with vibration and was shorting out.  I resoldered it and WOW no more problem.
     
    Not sure if this is your problem but you may want to have a look at yours.
