hehe.. cheers. yeh.. it would have to be one of the only unlowered aw11's left.. and for good reason! sportscars look flat-out goofy so high in the air! kinda like a subaru vortex! :p  lol. the shame. :p

'update' pics. mister two just sitting in the back of the car-hole...  complete with bent numberplate where it decided to roll into my mates towbar. anyones handbrake actually work? :p ze daily vagon finally got its privacy syle tint and spoiler on.  and the GTS is finally done. getting the roady/reg/pits done over the next fortnight.   thats all. not really mr2 heavy. but who gives a poo poo.. its all interesting enough!

appreciation. :) mister 2 hit 350,000. go team. she's freaked. lol in celebration, i took another 1500 nonsensical pictures... uploaded a delicious selection in 1024.. and dumped here! as usual, it looks better in pics than it really is. helps that you can force people to see what you want them to see. always good light, and never a bad angle. ;) anyway... pictArs..: aww..   80's turned finish wheels. have to have them...!   pop-up-headlights.. seriously.. i love them..   frunk!  sit! (including rust pinhole between the hinges there. the shame..)   location change..  location change.. again...      have to really sort out what im doing with this car now. i still love it to bits, but it needs poo poo done. the timing belt shouldve been done 2000km ago, so i may aswell pull the motor out and freshen it up. id like the coolant lines all blasted out of crap, radiator, heater core, etc too. i think the heater core has a bit of a blockage as the heat into the cabin is very faint. the car could definetley go with some new shocks, and im sure some of the bushes are shagged by now... i limped it along for such a long time because i really wanted to just hit 350,000. now ive hit that, and i just want to keep driving it. epic little car just wont fkn die..! <_<

its a canon S3IS. just a couple year old digicam. i just have the colour settings done so it doesn't make everything look washed out. even then, the camera tries to make the red a peachy orange. :S

350,000km and still looking like a brand spanker. Your car has had me hunting for a red AW for the last couple months but i can never find any :(. If you EVER think of selling, i'd seriously consider it

other red adubs pop up from time-to-time. there was a very nice 89 for sale in vic just a few weeks back, but looks to have sold now.
actually, there is a good one on ebay at the moment. makes me laugh how someones bolted roofracks to the roof-skin, and it has a tow-bar.. but it just gives character. :D
my biggest mr2-regret is not buying the one-owner 50,000km one that was on carsales last year. original vic rego and everything.. and was only 8grand or so. i kick myself for not just buying it.. dunno what i was thinking. :p

Yeah i've seen a few red ones come and go, but its like... I see yours and drool over it haha
Ah MR2 regrets... I came across a crashed 94 GTS hardtop and jumped on it meaning to fix it up, but after finding out its been in TWO crashes, i'm a bit hesitant about fixing it. I think the fact that it was a cheap 3rd gen 3sgte hardtop clouded my thoughts lol. I'd say im a perfectionist and driving around something that has crashed before (never mind twice - found out after i bought it) doesn't sit with me well so i've been umm'ing and ahh'ing about what to do with this car for the past year. MK1.5 maybe? :D

im sure its all repairable. i really like the SW20 mr2's and would take it off your hands to get it fixed.. but pah.. ive got enough fkn projects and enough bloody cars! surely you'd be able to buy a neat aw11 for the price you'd get for it... then a little extra for a 3sgte motor and go from there. going to be a bit of work either way though eh! good luck with all your mr2ing.. just enjoy your 92 meybe? :p anyway.. a couple new pics (non mr2 again. :( ) GTS IS DONE. very very happy with it all. just in time for winter.. <_<   and a new pic of the subaru.  which i think ill sell to completely fund the MR2's repairs. turning two drive-able cars into 1 is priceless. :p anyone after a comfortable daily wagon?
