FORGED BUILT GEN 2 3SGTE SOLD!!
I am very regretfully selling/parting out my beloved genuine 1990 gen 2 GT SW20 hardtop as I have recently become a house owner and my circumstances have changed. I have spent more money than imagined on this car and Tristan at WTF Auto can vouch for me any day. This car has pretty much been fully restored ground up, last on the list was the body work which if had of taken place would have definitely been one of the best condition SW20 in Australia. All parts available, including brand new late model parts that have never been fitted and also very straight road registered rolling shell will be available separately. I will not deal with time wasters or low ballers (will be ignored) as all the parts on this car are the best you will ever find second hand! Don't mind posting small to medium sized items anywhere but if people want large items will have to organise own personal courier.
Full ground up built gen 2 3SGTE with the following * Block bored 20 thou oversized
* Decked
* Torque plate honed
* Line bored and honed
* Acid bathed
* Balanced (including pistons, crank, crank pulley, flywheel and pressure plate)
* Crank has been polished
* New core pugs
* Sump has been modified to run ARP main stud kit (modified by Tristan at WTF Auto)
* Cylinder head has been fully reconditioned
* Decked
* Pressure tested
* Crack tested
* Valve grinded and re-seated
* Double bead blasted for brand new look
Engine has the following parts fitted (all brand new) * CP forged pistons 20 thou oversized (ring gaps altered by Tristan from WTF Auto)
* Spool forged conrods
* ACL bearings
* ARP main stud kit
* ARP head stud kit
* Commetic head gasket
* HKS 264 intake camshaft
* HKS 264 exhaust camshaft
* ATS adjustable cam pulleys
* HKS heavy duty valve springs
* Genuine Toyota full rebuild kit (minus standard head gasket)
* 5SFE late model genuine oil pump and housing
* Gen 3 540cc injectors (cleaned and serviced)
* Complete set of brand new genuine water outlets
* Genuine Toyota water pump
* Genuine idlers and belt tensioner
* Genuine Toyota timing belt
* Complete set of Genuine engine coolant hoses
Engine is built to safely make 400 - 500hp
Engine has just finished its 1000km run in and was tuned by Tristan at WTF Auto several weeks ago.
Engine made just over 320hp @ the wheels with 18psi of boost and that was with an air to air intercooler set up so true power is higher.
