Have a read through the MR Controls primers if you haven't already. http://www.mrcontrols.com/primers/power.htm Water injection, as the title suggests, injects water into the engine just before the manifold to absorb heat and lower intake charge temperature. A simple way is using a pressure switch to turn on the water injection at a certain PSI. Alternatively a map based injection system can be used for better tuning and control. Overall it means you can lean out your AFR and advance timing, however it is not a replacement for a more efficient intercooler. It's also suggested that a low water level switch be used to switch the ECU to "Safe" maps and disable the injection system. Check out Aquamist, otherwise there are a few DIY guides around the place as well. went to willowbank last night, got a 13.3 need more traction i dont have a lsd being an older sw20 :(, but got a touch up tune sorted out little things drives like a standard car now, only has 170kw still got heat issues but i cracked my steam pipe manifold last night so thats the first thing getting done so next mods are..
ceramic coat the manifold and fix it. hks hi power exhaust, (what you guys think of this one?) apexi? Blitz? i would go for the Phoenix Power but for the price another one is good enough. new cooler with bigger fans and shrouds, turbo bag/beanie, new tires haha, looking at toyo R1R's. LSD but no biggie only helps at the drags, i dont want to be tempted to go sideways either cause i love this car so much, new bov cause my eBay hks fakey doesn't seal properly, prob gonna go real hks one. still running 18psi, just waiting to do internals when i have to open it.

hey guys a mega late update, but i just got my exhausr done a few days ago, blits nur spec r, looks sweet as, the manifold is fixed but going a bigger turbo setup asap now i have a good job that pays really well, going for a garrett/hks gtx 3037s, billet wheel. ive only done 1000ks in 8 months, bought a mk4 golf gti and a brand new motorbike so the car just sat there for ages, but now am so pumped to fit that turbo, so anyone want to buy my gt28rs?? not going to build motor till i need to/breaks. but i do need to get some fkn heat out of the engine bay. anyway guys need to browse this forum for more inspiration. later. here are a few pics plus the turbo in question.
