Right part but slightly different part numbers

Found a shift lock computer in the States. Looks right but the part number they list is 85933-17020. On the actual part in my car it says 85933-17010. What's this mean and would it be the right part, it's got to be right based on the diagram? Has anyone experienced this type of thing before?
