AW11 MK1b Lowered Suspension

Hi all,

Today I fitted a set of BC BR coilovers to my AW11 so the original suspension bits are now for sale if any one needs anything?

What I have is the following:
1 Set of 1000km old APEX lowered springs (made in Holland)
4 complete strut tubes and 2 end links
4 blown GAB adjustable shocks
2 Brand new front strut top mounts (Prob about 1000kms old)
2 used old rear strut mounts

You would need to replace the shocks I reckon before you could the full set. Most likely just good for parts.
The 2 strut tops and spring set are the best bits.
If you want any of the bits let me know and I'll come up with a price.

Located in Kenthurst, NSW
Cheers, NIck

you got a photo of how your car sat with the springs in it. checking ground clearance and wheel arch clearance.

edit. never mind, found one in you big thread. A bit lower than I really want.

My showroom thread also has pics from various angles. They are on the car from page 9 on wards.
The back is slightly higher than the front which is better then King Springs. They are low at the rear and high at the front.

You're welcome to try them and if you don't like them hand them back.

That's on a downhill slope though. Front is a bit higher then that on a flat surface.

    Hi Pete,

Yep no problem parting any of the bits out.
I was going to ask $150 for the whole lot.
    Or $100 for the springs
$40 for the basically new front strut tops
    and the rest for $10

mymr2 who posted below you emailed me earlier about buying the whole lot so I'll have to see if he still wants them first if that's okay?

    you have a PM

    Hi,
I might as well respond to your pm here. I'd be happy with $150 for the whole lot.
I think 150 is a pretty good deal especially if you need new strut tops. Those things weren't cheap :)
