Injector Dynamics (ID 1000)
Has anyone used these injectors or have valid information/feedback? Other options? It will be for a rev3 with a GT3076R bb turbo etc... Thanks!

They are fine, good control for good idle quality and light load driving, also with the amount of adapters available you can fit them in almost any top feed application
However, if you plan on running flex fuel/e85, I recommend you spend a bit more and get id1300's. They have all stainless internals unlike the 725/1000/2000, and they dont have the internal o ring which can swell up and block flow or the iron inside the ball seats in the nose of the injector.

@Jason- thanks for the info @MCT_MR2 - thanks for your input-- question: what do you mean when you say 'light load driving'

turbomr2question: what do you mean when you say 'light load driving' Light load means low throttle, or to be more precise, low manifold pressure. The reason he mentioned idle and low load, is because that's when the injector duty is at its lowest. ID2000 injectors are so reputable because even with their huge flow rate they are still remarkably accurate at very low duty cycles.

Exactly what Rob has said. A common problem with massive fuel injectors, particularly old style injectors like indy blues and rochester injectors in the 1000-1600cc is that a small pulsewidths like when you are idling, cruising or low throttle inputs was that they had woeful spray patterns so the fuel didn't atomise very well, and they were hard to control at short pulsewidths - ie they weren't very accurate at how much fuel they would inject. This is why a lot of bigger power setups you would see from the 90's would have an extra injector or staged injection, as it was the only way to retain driveability. Thats also why mazda used staged injection for rotaries (and trying to meet emissions.) Modern injectors, particularly the bosch injectors (ID injectors, bosch motorsport injectors etc, they are all the same thing) Have really good control, and in the case of the id2000's, have a very low latency, which allows for good control and improved driveability compared to older design injectors.

If the side feed can be used with the original 3rd gen rail and is more effective, then side. Top feed will require a new fuel rail... What is the difference between high imp and low imp injectors?

The biggest Sard side feed that will fit the standard rail are 800cc. There are quie a few people that use them, if they are large enough for your power goal just stick with them. The high and low impedance just depends on what signal the ECU uses

Hey guys! I managed to to buy a top feed fuel rail for my 3rd gen. Anyone use or have info/feedback on the SARD TOP FEED injectors...800cc low imp. part number: 63566. I believe that the original 540's are also low imp. Any feed back will be cool!

The stainless bodied barrel type injector with a single pintle, pale blue top and a bosch 2 pin injector connector??
If so, yeah, they work well. Were a pretty common injector to use in skylines.
Just buy them new and not second hand - second hand ones are getting to the age where they leak between the body and the plastic top.
Just make sure your fuel rail is to suit 11mm injectors, otherwise your going to have to buy sleeves, which arent great for reliability.
