I think the standard crack in them you get from either from too much tightening or incorrectly removing. I'll get you some photos tonight.

^ Dudeman i think its a Rev 1 or 2, i can't upload photos at work at the moment.
I've added some more parts.
MR2Newbie, the tweeter covers are in good condition. One of the covers is missing a clip though.

Tweeters covers-sold Appledrift - Something cheap i had made up until my real gaitor was fixed, the leather is a little thinner than normal but it works good enough.

what revision was it out of because i have a rev 3 sw20 and its stick is very short and so is the boot. i tried the one from my early rev 2 and didnt fit it was to baggy
