I'd suggest Amayama Rick. I've used them a few times and they're fast and well priced.

From what I can find, the upper cam belt cover for the BEAMS is Toyota part number 1132188560. You can check for yourself here  (click on diagram 3 from 3):
    http://auto-kat.com/index.php?route=saleepc/toyota/parts&region=JAP&modification=150962&group=1106&page=2

Amayama's price is  $43.65 AUS plus postage.

Go to Bunnings and get something called "Selley's All Plastic" glue. It will come with two pens for $7.
    That will fix it instantly.

I'll take it thanks. I'm also looking for some service parts if you have them - cam belt, tensioner and idler bearings etc to service the Beams before i install it. I might also be interested in Rev 5 steering wheel, gear knob and boot if you happen to have them. Id love to get a TRD steering wheel, bit they are a bit expensive, so i am trying to upgrade my 97 Bathurst to Rev 5.

    Hi Rick,
How's the BEAMS swap going?  Any progress updates?
Hope you're enjoying the car nonetheless...

Hi Xez, been loving the car, been for some good drives around the Adelaide Hills. I'm still saving for bits and pieces for the Beams swap...i want to do a full service and new clutch, timing belt, filters etc before it goes in. I want to try to upgrade the car to Rev 5 spec eventually. I'm hoping to go to the MR2 Trackday Challenge in January for a bit of fun. Will you be there?

Good to hear.  I'm always interested in low-mileage Bathursts for sale - haven't seen another one with less than 140kms for ages, so you got yourself a good find.
Take your time with the BEAMS swap  - it's worth making sure everything is in order before you guts the car out and enter project car downtime.
Haven't planned on going to the MTC event at this stage, but that could change.

I'm still disappointed that you didn't sell me yours lol. I hope its still going well for you. It's a 4000km round trip for me, but I'd like to meet a few other MR2 enthusiasts, and i want to experience the ability of my car in a legal safe environment. I doubt my ability will match the cars, but at least it'll be fun lol.
