BNE: Wrecked '89-'90 AW11 4AGZE

Hey guys, Ive been given the task by my wife's brother to sell his wrecked '89-'90 MR2 AW11. I'd prefer to sell it as a full car but not 100% sure as to what its worth. If there isn't any interest, I'm thinking of taking the parts off the car that are straight and good, then trying to sell them seperately. The car was involved in a crash about 6 years ago and somehow ended up on its roof. The engine runs up until 2 years ago, he moved interstate and it hasn't been run since, hence the reason im selling it for him. It's got a 4AGZE + 5 speed manual, car and chassis has about 140,xxx km's on it. I've attached the following pics and post up your ideas and offers for the whole car or for parts of it. Car is located in Springwood, QLD.

    Shame to see a nice car so banged up :( Pity a car cover wasn't fitted when it went into the garage.
     
    To help your sale maybe take a photo or two of the engine bay, one inside the boot and another the frunk (front bonnet)

    Does not look like it will be much good for body parts , Too bad its not closer .I could put the 4AGZE in my red one?

    Yes would like to know also. Another drive to QLD adds a bit to the cost for me though. And starting to get too cold for the beach.

    The car is coming to my house on Friday. Parts and more pics will be listed if someone doesn't buy the whole shell in the next few days. Pics of engine/exhaust/interior will be up by Sunday.

    Good luck with the sale, just FYI there's been a few wrecks on sale here lately and the better condition ones usually go for around 2k.
     
    That said though if there's nothing wrong with the driveline and suspension, you would well get your money parting it out. I'm afraid the sum of all the parts and having someone pick up the whole car on a trailer themselves aren't always the same.
     
    I bought my AW11 fully running and able to be registered with new tyres, windscreen and door window for around the same price you are asking, but hey I got a bargain whereas yours is a fair price.
