Oil Pump

Is there a difference between the 1st/2nd gen oil pump and the 3rd/4th gen?
I intend buying a 3rd gen oil pump (Original Toyota part)...? Any part numbers perhaps for the 3rd gen Oil  Pump and Water Pump?

    1st/2nd and 5s interchangeable. 3rd different and so is 4th.
