WTB SW20 (early) gearbox speedo sensor

Hi,
 
I'm after the speedo sensor that comes off the cars with mechanical speedo's but have the pickup for the ABS or cruise. It's an inline sensor with the mechanical speedo. Part numbers from toyodiy are below:
 
88261-20070 SENSOR, SPEED CRUISE CONTROL
83798-20020  KEY, SPEEDOMETER CABLE ADAPTER
