Adub quarter window

Hey Guys

I have been lurking around, reading this forum for a while so i thought I better join up and contribute.

I bought the Adub about 8 months ago because it was the only car that would fit in my (small) garage that I actually liked. I didn't think I would like it so much. The original goal was to strip it out and turn it into a dedicated track day hack. Since owning it I kind of like driving it on the road so I am going to keep the interior in it but it will still see some track action
So far I have been working on getting the basic stuff sorted. Stuff like new bushes and ball joints, brake rebuild, rack rebuild, strut top rebuild, braided brake lines etc. Next on the list is some decent struts - maybe Konis or BC racing - don't know yet. My first choice would be Bilsteins but that doesn't seem to be an option for Adubs. Don't suppose anybody would have a lazy set of the factory Ohlins sitting around that they need to shift - Yeah didn't think so...
It had some rubbish 17 inch wheels and tyres when I got so I threw on some decent 15' wheels (Work MCO Racing) and RE002s. It is starting to drive OK now
The body is solid and straight without any rust but the paint is ****house. I will probably attempt to wrap it some time in the future. Actually having paint you don't have to care about is not bad - I don't have to be careful where i put my tools and I can stack stuff on it when the garage fills up.
The interior is OK but the seats are getting tired. I actually have have a set of Velo fixed backs to go in but they are too small for my fat arse. I will have to save up for the XL version.
Ultimately I will want some more power but I can't make up my mind whether I go for an angry NA 4AGE or a 4AGTE or even a 2ZZGE - I change my mind every couple of days.
I have posted a couple of crappy images of it in the garage - I wanted to take it outside but the LHS rear quarter window is out of it and it wouldn't stop raining today. I will post some better shots once I get the window in.

I am looking for the piece of black trim at the bottom of the LHS rear quarter window. I also need the stainless steel bracket that holds the piece of trim and the quarter window itself in place. Ideally in Sydney but I will take what I can get.

Thanks for reading

Pete.

Can do the glass - may have the trim as well.  Not sure what the postage from QLD would be, I'd be inclined to pack it with a piece of MDF as well to avoid breakage.  Let me know if you're interestedd.

    Thanks Dennis

I am good for the glass I just need the trim and the stainless bracket. The mild steel studs have rusted out of the stainless bracket and they won't hold the window in. (it's kind of weird that they welded mild steed studs to a stainless bracket in the first place, almost guaranteed to corrode). Let me know what you need for the trim and the postage.
