Howdy evl_132. Just wondering how you bought the engine using Yahoo auctions? Did you go through importmonster?

awesome adrian! think u will be very happy. as I said on fb, David V doesn't want to touch MR2's anymore after serpico's conversion. But he may have changed his mind by now...

btw the legalis is for NA I assume?

Darren Im working on it I though't you would be interested in the exhaust, dont worry I'll let you know. The headers are to suit a gen3 though. We can talk about it next time I see you mate, oh and thanks again!

Pat Thanks a lot, I'm looking forward to it and I can't wait to see your car up and running.

Tom Yeh I've come over to the dark side, I'll have to ask your mate about the conversion it seems. Its a fair few months away though.

Mister2 Yehp I used importmonster, very pain free process. They have a good system and it works out even better that I can pick up stuff from there warehouse In Melb.

Nick
Thanks mate, cant wait to get it home. I'll give him a call anway, good to have some options. The fujitsubo is for the n/a, i bought it before the idea of a turbo swap was on the cards. The muffers havn't even arrived yet, oh well ill put it on my n/a for a while I guess.

ToyMota: Ahh come on man, I'm getting Adrian to buy things he needs [:x)]. His engine didn't come with an intercooler

kameleon: Thanks again for cleaning my intercooler. It really needed a good clean!

evl_132: What else do you need to get the car running apart from a transmission? [:P]

Eric: Thanks man, just trying to get some stuff that will be harder to put on once the engines in. Plans are just to have a stock gen3 with ic,exhaust, intake and possibly a power fc later down the track once its all in and running.

Trav: Yeh it was a good buy. Looks like I will have to take you up on that offer

Darren:
LOL we'll see what happens! Apart from that, the only parts I still need to get are an exhaust, a fuel pump and I think thats about it?

Hahaha thats a fair call.

If need be adrian, thats if you dont have funds to buy exhaust straight away, my old single exhaust is still at hueys...not quite sure about flex pipe. You can have that for the sake of running the car till you find an exhaust you want/need.

evl_132: Walbro fuel pumps are cheap and readily available man. As for the exhaust, it depends what brand/type you are after... ahem Japanese name brand would be nice
