FS: Full AW11 Supercharged Part Out - Sydney

Hey guys,
 
So a while back I picked up a damaged MR2 AW11 in yellow powered by a 4AGZE with auto drivetrain. Its been sitting in the garage mostly untouched for a few months and I've decided I'm going to part it out. Everything is up for grabs and will be listed in full when I get a time. Notably there is the engine with, from what I understand, very rare auto. Running well. And standard seats that have been wrapped in leather with yellow piping.
 
Alternatively you can take the whole car before it goes in bits.
 
Looking for:
Whole Car: $3000
Engine with box: $2500

i'm after all your c-pillar bolts, specially the ones for the clear visor.
 
 

Hey interested in a few parts like the trim near drivers side seat near middle console, steering wheel, instrument cluster, and drivers side seat belt assemble. of course through only if they are in great or decent condition and will like photos of all parts. will need posting out to WA.

Also interested in some interior trim pieces, lucky none of the stuff SAW4397 needs.
 
I'm after the drivers side interior A-pillar trim and either the drivers side targa plastic (on the inside of the targa top), or the whole drivers side targa top if you are unwilling to separate. Unless these are the mirrored type targas, then I'll take both targa tops!
If the diamond plastic pieces are there where the targa guide holes are, I'll take those too, as well as the wiring looms that connect to the power mirrors, both inside the doors and potentially in the dash as well.
 
Also might be interested in the dash pad if it's uncracked.
 
Pity you didn't post this up a while ago, I would have taken the transmission, too late now since I've sourced another. This is about the 8th Auto GZE I know of in the country.

Okay, so for those who asked I'm in Mt Druitt.
mms78: Bonnet and eyelashes I would be asking $250. As for the trans dipstick its probably best I keep it with the trans.
Datafunk: I would probably want to keep those bolts with the visor. All up asking $250.
Arasta: Not sure about the reinforcement. I will check for you though.
SAW4397: The instrument cluster and seat belt are in good order and condition. Not sure about the trim, Ill check. The steering wheel has seen some regular use but I will get photos of all the items for you and pm them.
Mrskylighter: As above. Mt Druitt. Welcome to come round whenever.
Maj: Im going to have to check all that lol. Pretty sure the targa tops are mirrored though. As in it looks like mirror tint? Ah bad timing lol.
Dylmrt: It will probably be hard to sell the trans without the engine so to that effect Id be asking for $2000
 

I had a hunch they were mirrored, since the side mirrors and LED rear spoiler makes this an '89 model, and there's a rumour out there all '89's were mirrored Targas. Just to confirm then, I'm interested in the set of targa tops.
 
I think you're going to struggle finding someone who will take both the engine and transmission; no one wants to do a conversion with an automatic. Definitely don't let this stop you though.
If you are willing to separate, I can offer you $200 max for the transmission and come get it within a few weeks since I'm in Canberra. Alternatively Knightrous here on the forum would be very interested in it, but you'll be waiting until early January before he makes the trip down from QLD.
 
Keep in touch in case there's no buyer for the car so we all know you're going to part it out. At least you'll have comfort knowing it's greatly helping the community, and I'm sure those of us within the vicinity would be happy to remove the items themselves. I know I would definitely like to come up and check out the wiring looms I mentioned above.
