V6 conversion 3vz-fe help, info

Hi everyone just starting my first engine conversion . A 3vz into my 93 mr2 sw20 if anyone has any information help etc would be great I've done a lot of research etc but more info is always good. :)

Abit of background first I've never done an engine swap but I have been a motor head or as long as I can remember. Done all my own work on my car, bikes, karts, jetskis you name it. Mechanics run in my family haha so this should run smoothly

For this project ill be working I'm my basement which I spent 2 months cleaning out just for this.

I purchased a 93 Camry 3vz and it was running pretty good (seen it run before it was pulled out)

So yeah ill update progress and if anyone has ideas or help etc feel free to comment

    Is that the vvti engine?
You may want to go with the E153 gearbox from the SW20 turbo and a fidanza flywheel.
There are some people out their who can tie the ECU into the MR2 dash.
There are a few kits available to make the job easier. the website www.mr2oc.com has some good resources for this mod.
A guy in the U.S. runs this engine package in his race car with good results.

    Cheers
