car insurance

Hello all
I have been wondering about comprehensive insurance and want to know from those out there who have it as to who are good to go with?
Who allows/covers mods, has good service, is reasonably priced, etc
What have been your experiences? Please share . . .

It all depends on how old you are.
I'm currently with Shannon's and have registered all my mods
I'm paying just over $100 a month for insurance and about $600 for CTP

Is the MR2 your only car?

If not, you can also consider NRMA classic car insurance. has some restrictions, but is very reasonable in price. they're $900/yr with a $20k insured value.

Yes it is my only car but only gets driven once or twice a month, i believe with classic car insurance you are limited to a certain amount of kmsper year, yes?
