sprigs: Thanks man. I've decided to go for the APEXi filter but K&N filters are great filters.

By the way, are you in Melbourne? I think I've seen your car years and years ago at a Chaser's dyno day. One thing I remembered was the SARD front bar.

YB07HA: I did notice the fine print on that Ebay ad. The seller should have made it more clear.

evl_132: Thanks Adrian. I'm really looking forward to getting it on the road and having your old Fujitusbo Legalis R on the car. When are you coming down next? We haven't seen you in a long time.

chunkmo: Thanks man. I might fit it one day for a comparison. I can't believe you've only driven your car for 10,000km since owning it. I'm assuming you have a daily?

sprigs: Thought it was the same car. If I can remember correctly the car has TRC too.

dez: Thanks man. The car is currently at Anson Auto.

I saw your car at Ian's last weekend and on Wednesday. Have you got it back?

dez: I saw your car running in Ian's workshop on Saturday so I'm assuming you have it back now .

I'm sure your gearbox will last now. Ian's gearbox rebuilder seems to do a great job compared to the other place I'm thinking of.

UPDATE:
I arrived at ANSON Auto this morning and discovered this:

Thank you to Andy for the painstaking task of masking and prepping, Huey for and painting, and Sandeep for helping me unmask everything.

Whats humoring is alot of that stuff is VERY easy to remove, and would have been much quicker to do so, and ended up with a better job.

dasic1: There was a lot of newspaper, plastic and masking tape used. I was told the masking and prep took over a day.

stuka: Andy was very careful with the masking and prep. When it came to unmasking Sandeep and I were puzzled as to how Andy got to all the hard to reach places. Anyhow there is not a single trace of the original colour in the engine bay or front compartment.

kameleon: Thanks man.
