But, there is another "loophole" with the above. You don't have to fill your book out if you go 100m from you house. Admittedly its not far but whos to say I dont drive up and down my street building up K's?

Having a number of Vintage cars on the Club Permit Scheme (the old one, and now the new one) for the last 30 years, I'm extremely DEFENSIVE about protecting what we have.

your making it sound like i have a personal grudge against you
i dont really care what or how many cars you have on the permit i just wanted to know how they check to see if your legit or not
just seems to be a lot of loopholes which is why im asking
and also just because im asking such questions doesn't mean im going to try it out or put it to use, fyi - my car isurance is also of a similar nature to this club permit scenario..
