MADMR2: Thanks Dustin, its all coming together now. No more mods until the engines in, Later down the track I think ill go water inj/engine lid fans/power fc with the boost control kit MR2QIK: Well hopefully everything is ready and assembled early next week (Gearbox on etc). I think the conversion will start just before or after Easter. I'm guessing it will take around another 2 or so weeks from the starting date. UPDATENothing overly exciting, went to the engine builders today. A lot more progress has been done. The engine is almost fully assembled again! Just some very little stuff to be done (replace missing bolts etc). Here are some pics! It will look a lot cleaner once I get some black spark plug leads.

The TB looks good, must have been Darren's masking tape up...
And where is the poo crackle brown that we talked about?

Kameleon: Cheers Trav, yeah the red leads definitely need to go.
Dave: Yeah I forgot to mention thanks to Darren for helping me with the TB masking! I think ill save the poo crackle brown for an upcoming respray [:x)]
Dez Thanks Dez, yeah Ian has done most of the work on it so far. Looks like he will be doing the conversion as well. Spotted your car there, nothing serious I hope?

Is the IC pipe leading to the TB a custom piece? I need something like that to get rid of the 2pc shamble on my car atm.

Damn, looking good. Can't wait to see the finished product.
This is exactly what I would have liked to have done if I was capable.

RobK: Thanks mate Kameleon: Thats when my 3SGE will be pulled out. I assume the 3SGTE will be physically in place soon after, at this stage Im hoping I have eliminated all possible holdups. JDMR288: Yeah its a off the shelf 1pc Berk coldpipe which also clears my trd strut, got it when I bought the berk dump. Looks like its going to be a close fit against the rear hot pipe though, will let you know how it goes. Jezzaboi: Thanks, I cannot wait for it to go in. Very excited!
