Aw11 rear brake possibility # 573

Does anyone know if the zzw30 rear disk and sw20 16mm caliper will fit the rear of an aw11? I know that the late sw20 (22 mm) calipers are a bolt-up fit, and will work with aw11 front rotos with a spacer; but pacers are not legal here in vic. Caliper rebuild kit rear [04479-17040]

Now can anyone confirm if the rear caliper rebuild kit 04479-17040, is enough to do BOTH rear calipers? I've read somewhere that it is but has anyone purchased it lately can confirm? Cheers..
