SW20 1990 rear brake caliper piston replacement

My left rear caliper handbrake cable had seized and the rear piston and disc badly overheated and were junk. When I looked for a replacement piston they are not available anywhere. Changing Rear Brake Rotors

I need to change front rotors and pads so I'm thinking about doing the back at the same time. Do the rear rotors come off the same way as the front rotors or are they more complex due to the drive shafts?..

Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Levels.
