special deal on shocks for SW20
For August-Sept 2005 only and while stock last;
Boge (german)gas inserts. Conditional Lifetime warranty with original purchaser. Front or rear $466 pair. Normal retail $660 pair. these give a nice compliant ride and are similar to the Bilsteins fitted to some models.
SOME other options are.................
Koni (dutch) adjustable oil inserts. Front or rear $548 pair. Normal retail $630 pair. These are adjustable for fast road or motorsport use. Being a relatively stiff oil shock, they make the ride a little bit harsher , especially round town, but come into their own if you have harder springs fitted.
KYB(japan)gas inserts. Front or rear $181 pair. Normal retail $290 pair. These are considered as a bit better than the stock Toyota shocks. nice compliant ride. Good if you run super low profile tyres
and want to take some of harshness out.
Prices include GST but not freight/post.
Fitting service available if required. we can also convert to coil-overs.

the kyb ones are NOT adjustable. had a rep from KYB importer thru recently. said they were not interested in importing the up-market adjustable KYB's as they were not price competitive.

if you would like to pose a specific question about coil-overs, we will be happy to respond as best we can.
FYI, We do not stock coil-overs, but make them to order.

thanks to all the people who took up this offer. we have sold many sets.
the coil-overs are really a pain in the ass in MR2's. The cost to modify a conventional set to coil-over is $900 for all 4 (plus springs). The front sway bar linkage has to be relocated to the lower arm (pics avail)
