Fujitsubo Super Ex headers are a bit expensive new unless you can pick up secondhand set, but for a Gen2 3SGE they're a good way to go if you can afford them.
Apart from an increase in power and a great exhaust sound, I found they also give you a lot more clearance under the pipes if you want to fit a sandwich plate for gauge senders, and much easier access to the oil filter.

In the last 2 years I have seen a couple of sets go for around  $600 second hand including the pipes out to the cat.
These are a very well made all stainless superior design compared to stock, and work well with a high flow cat and cat back.

Are you able to get a dump pipe with 3" vband?

Yes it is possible but that would be a custom order.

For what turbo are you wanting it to fit?

Do these come with a support bracket?

What's the difference between the Gen 2 & 3? I thought they were the same apart from the flange onto the turbo? (1 extra stud)

I have read that the gen 3 turbo is positioned very slightly differently. It's close enough that you can bolt it all up by preloading the flex joint, but people report that things tend to break.

Custard, yes they come with the support bracket standard.

PETE there are differences, e.g. positioning of the mounting bracket points are slightly different, o2 sensor bung hole is slightly different also.
