turbo

hey terry is corey, just fitted the ct20b back in the car and its dripping oil between the exhuast housing and the dump pipe?? havent run the car for too long, just wanted to get your thoughts. also is there a wearing in process for the turbo bushes i should be aware of??

like all new/rebuilt turbos, you need to proof test the oil supply before allowing the turbo to spin. Normally we hold the wheel and allow the engine to fire a few times. after that, we make sure there is oil coming out the drain.
I did not add anything on your invoice cause I expected all professional mechanics know how to do this.

yes of course, but i am talking about getting your recomendations on turbo useability. if u would take it easy on the turbo for a while of after gaining oil pressure to the turbo or whether its ready to "hit the track". was only looking for your personal recomendations.
