Gen3 front lips (spoilers)-EOI

we have had a few calls for these. Unfortunately, genuine ones are now special order ex japan and near $800 for the pair. We are happy to investigate local manufacture in flexible fibreglass. being realistic, a quality pair that will actually fit and bolt up to the factory mounts will be around $350-$400. Please express your interest here, and we'll see what happens. thanks

PS, we are not interested in making whole body kits , modified front bars etc. there are already too many suppliers of such stuff, most of it low quality rubbish.
we will however, always be happy to make small volume, quality parts in carbon-fibre or fibre-glass

The bottom lip is detachable.

Im intrested, how much we talking for postage tho? (im in Devonport, Tas)

Is it possable to have a look at what were buying before we commit?

I dont want to pay 200+ to get my Bomex front fixed. i like the original front better but my car didnt come with one.

Edit: I need Fog light holes too

the non GT lip is 2 pieces but the GT one is a single piece. I would only want a GT one but I have tp say $350-400 is a bit, I can get a full trd bodykit for $600

Cheers

Any thoughts on a run of 98+ (Rev 5?) Rear spoilers?
Ive seen these done overseas and look quite good and have seen that the Genuine items go for around $500 + postage.

I'd be very keen in something like this, however $450 just for a lip is too much IMO. :(
TBH i don't think I could justify more than $250 for such a part

GFXman you do have to consider these are "low volume, quality parts" which will bolt on directly to the body. Most aftermarket copies need to have the parts manipulated some how to fit to the body. That in itself would save you some time and money to fit the product.

Yeah of course, I appreciate that completely.
I understand the time and money involved to produce a quality product. My opinion though is that's it's a little too expensive for what it is. Doesn't mean other people won't buy it ;)

I'll definately keep an eye on how this thread goes though :)

Guys, terminology problems.......
The lip we are offering is the lower part that clips to the bar. it is not the bar. The last genuine ones we got were in 2 pieces.

This was an expression of interest only. it's got out of hand.

Those of you who can buy complete genuine TRD kits for $600 should start up a business selling them. I'll bet the freight ex japan would be close to that amount

Guys, please be realistic, if you are interested in this product, which I guranteee will fit properly, say so, if not, please dont reply.

Every day i see MR2's come here with crappy body kits that took someone, days to try to fit, and then they fall off when they hit a pot-hole or a gutter. Time to fit is the reason why quality parts cost so much.

thanks guys, 3 people is not enough to justify the mould cost. I'll see how it goes for a few more weeks and get back to you all.
