3SGTE Stainless steel Hex head cam cover bolt kits

DELTA V 3SGTE Stainless steel Hex head cam cover bolt kits



These kits replace the poorly securing phillips head screws fitted to Gen2 engines and the perfectly adequate (besides appearance) Gen3 10mm hex head screws.

By now your factory washers that sit under these bolts would have gone solid and have lost some of their clamp, another reason to replace them!

What makes this kit the one to purchase?

We are using OEM Toyota valve cover washers. These are superior to the other washers/seals being used in other kits.

The Hex head screws are stainless steel as are the dress washers.

Price is $40AUD

Correct, the ones I have are the standard ones, rubber underneath and metal "washer" on the top and overlapping the sides of the rubber partially (from memory). They seem slightly larger in diameter to the flat washers in your pic.

Yes please, could you take a pic of the bolt/washer/seal assembled from side on?

Also, measure the OD of the washer please.

This is a GEN2 bolt/washer setup along side our kit. The washers would be the same size if the GEN2 was not a old crusty item so there is no need to measure them further.

I have taken pictures from different angles side by side for you. Let me know what you would like to do.

Our kit uses a genuine Toyota washer as opposed to the much cheaper bonded stainless neoprene version of our competitors. We feel the genuine washers are far superior.

Darren and I installed these on my car today. These look a lot better compared to the stock items! looking forward to getting the Gearshift Base 6061 Aluminium Bush Kit & Shifter Cable Spherical Bearing Bush to replace my Speed-Source ones.
