Position of engine number

Having a bit of difficulty reading the engine number on a 1995 3S-GE. Any hints on how to read it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    A small mirror and a torch worked for me in the past, 96 3S-GTE though

    spray white or yellow paint over it then wipe off.
