Pillow tension rod spacers

Since having my cusco tension rods I have managed to loose three out of four of the spacers. Can you buy these from somewhere?

    Let me know if you want me to measure my set i have them sitting here at work. So you're after the metal sleeves that fit either side that the bolt goes through?
