replacing drive and ac belts in my beloved sw20.

hi all,

have been advised that the drive and ac belts on MISTA2 need to be replaced. they have quoted a shade under 400 bucks to get the work done. is it easier to do it myself or do I not bother with the pain and send it in to be done.?

"drive belt"   Do you mean alternator belt?

$400 to replace alternator and AC belts would be excessive.
The belts are only something like $20 each and the job is easy. (1/2 hour or less)

On the other hand changing the timing belt is totally different.
