Red Top Beams Flywheel and clutch question

Hi
 
Anybody please advise if 97 NA clutch will fit Beams Redtop flywheel?
 
Alternatively should I install the normal 3SGE flywheel to match up?

    Yes, theyre essentially the same. Ive heard the redtop fw is lighter, but when I weighed mine it wasnt.
