Thats great news that the RX7 kit has worked out for you with the 16" GTR wheels.

I am sure you will have a better time when you upgrade your booster with the bias, but remember the RX7 kit is smaller than the RX8 kit that would not fit under your wheels and this means the bias is more to the front.

*Rear brake discs from the FD RX7 SP (314mm x 20mm) have been hard to find at good prices for sometime. For those wanting to use the 314mm rear kit for fitment under 16" wheels we have found Dixcel to be able supply discs at a decent price along with these DBA's (no longer manufactured by DBA on a non custom basis). You can purchase the DBA discs here:- https://www.ebay.com.au/i...26f:g:Cr8AAOSweW5VJICx

A very long time between posts.

Despite still selling these via our Facebook page it has been brought to our attention that due to a lack of mention here and other forums that people may not know these are still available.

Brake kits are still available (all in stock besides the rear kit which will be available in 4 weeks) to purchase. You can contact via PM here or our Facebook page for any questions you may have.

I've been using this setup with the Supra and RX8 rotors for many years on my race car, and the only time the brakes start telling they are struggling is after the massive brake at the Chase at Mount Panorama and then after the braking to come onto pit straight. IMHO there is no need for anything bigger for a street car. The stock calipers are awesome provided they are in good condition and you have pads of the right heat range for the type of driving you do.
These kits are highly recommended and are the cheapest MR2 brake upgrade that works properly.
