2.2L Stroker 3S / 5S GTE motor, freshly built, up for grabs

Hey all, I've got another motor up for grabs.
 
This motor is an evolution of the 2.2 I took to 479rwhp many years ago although the majority of it has been changed and upgraded. This was meant to be the ultimate and it should be capable of at least another 100hp over the last one (which, mind you, I couldn't seem to break). It has recently been assembled, never used. This time around it has some beautiful head porting and oversized valves along with a 5S block, adapted to suit the 3rd gen head.
 
It includes:
Gen III head
5S block and crank
Pauter rods
CP stroker pistons
ARP everything
HKS 272 camshafts and gears
Performance springs valvesprings
Ferrea 1mm oversize valves
Bronze valve guides
5SFE high volume oil pump
ST205 water pump
And a few bits not pictured including all the various pipes and housings to make it a motor.. this shot just best illustrates the insidey bits and newness of everything.
 
Core motor only, not including any manifolds or turbo or injection. This was a 15k build for a customer/friend but I have permission now to move it on for $9,000

It will lol. I've sold a couple of high dollar motors. It's hard when the donk is worth more then the car.

Good product but in a niche market. What Como ratio & head studs are being used?

Niche market for sure but we build a few 3SGTEs a year for customers at this kind of price... so the next person to ask for one will get a killer deal if this doesn't sell first.
 
This motor is running the 8.5:1 variant of the pistons but the combustion chamber volume has bumped it up to 8.7:1
Standard ARP head studs.. they've never let me down.
