Sorry to hear man. The problem is when it goes from delivery.. to pickup.. to delivery.. it takes a while. I used to have issues exactly like that. Ill have a word with Alan but the problem would lie in the local Starcrap Depot. They were all sealed when I sent it. They should include mounts. Let me know if they are missing.

would be keen for any feedback on what kind of differences the rear one made on an SW20?? only got the front installed atm.

i haven't got mine installed yet but most things I've found on the net say there isn't much difference at all, and by just looking at the stock bar, the whiteline one looks very similar. but if u have the cash it doesn't hurt. ill post back once installed. it is a little bit of a pain too, have to drop the rear cross member for installation. not hard though.
