lol all you people complaining about fb, i used to think like that too but then i got over myself because I realised you don't need to stalk if you don't have to, just use the notifications and friend people who are actually friends with and hang out with. I don't log on too often but even I have to admit the notifications and event creations are useful esp for managing mass invites. Also handy for keeping in touch with old friends or distant relatives.
Maybe give it a shot and if u don't like it, just delete account :)

^ I have a strong dislike for StalkerBook. I don't want my details and all interwebs business snooped on and then onsold to some other party.

That I really don't care when someone I know really well/haven't seen from primary school feels the need to tell the world that they are having a cheese sandwich for lunch - and that it's really delicious :) <? *& :0... etc etc.

As far as Tezza's work on the 2gr race car goes - that i'd like to see.

facebook is much easier for us to post up simple info/pics. forums like this are not always picture friendly.

tree seems right on the money.. we are new to facebook and use it only for what we want. its real easy to ignore irrelevant posts etc.

also, from a business perspective, we are finding we get a better response 2 line post with a couple of pics on facebook,  than you get from a huge article posted on a forum like this.

as I said, i'll write an article eventually and post it up on this site and our web page. in the meantime, really interested people will use well proven communication methods , and either call in to look and have a chat, or phone me

    see ya
