April Club Meet

When?: Sunday 28 April

Start time: 8.30am for 9am departure

Meet point: Rowville McDonalds in Stud Park, Cnr Fulham and Stud Rds Rowville

Yes, we're doing this cruise a little earlier than usual, to end up with a late morning tea rather than a lunch - with an option for lunch too if people want to stay on.  This is so people have more of their Sunday left and can head off after morning tea if they want.

Route: Out east through the hills visiting places such as Kallista, Olinda, Monbulk, Emerald, and then either up to Healesville area or back down through to Pakenham/Officer and we'll be visiting a site in the area with the end point a surprise!

As usual non - club member MR2 owners are very welcome to join us.
See you there.

You'd be very welcome, and the more people that turn up to these events the more fun for everybody.
Just a reminder to MR2 owners; you don't have to be a Vic MR2 Club member to participate in this, and you're welcome to join us.

I know that getting up early on a Sunday may be hard but although this cruise starts an hour earlier than usual, many people are still not used to the daylight saving switch so it may not be so noticeable.

just wondering.... while there's some nice roads in the dandenongs, most of it will be a 60 zone till after emerald... and then depending what the route to healsville is it can be covered with coppers... why not get past the dandenongs and onto some less populated, higher speed limit, twisties where we can drive without quite as many..... distractions?

don't get me wrong if i can get a brake switch by sunday i'll probably be there, cause it's been a little while, otherwise i'll be out on the bike and will keep an eye out for you somewhere after emerald.

i'd rather not broadcast them as you never know who's watching, lol, but i sent @redtarga a map ;-).... i get out on group rides on my bike most weeks, theres some really nice roads out there that are well suited to spirited driving/riding and not too many nazi's camped out on the straights...

Fantastic cruise today (Sunday) thanks Mark for planning a great run on some twisty MR2 roads.  Some of those connecting roads I hadn't been on before, and bounus hardly any other traffic.  Really nice morning tea pit stop, and a great location for lunch.

Next one, last Sunday in May ........... Don't miss it!!!!
