starter relay wiring

hey guys,
my starter motor is not currently working because of an issue with the starter relay. there's a white wire going to the relay that's meant to get a 12V supply from the battery. mine isn't getting any power.
i'm wondering where this white wire is meant to connect to (ie the other end of it) as i can't seem to find where it goes on the other side of the firewall.
i've tested the relay and starter and they work fine, i just need to find out why this wire is not getting 12V.
any help would be much appreciated.

The thick white wire connects to the starter motor main battery terminal, it has a fusable link (high current fuse that looks like normal wire) with an eye crimp terminal on the end.

Either this is disconnected from the starter or the fuseable link has blown
