Is this right?
On the thermostat housing below the radiator hose in the photo there is an outlet blocked off. Don't know where it goes? Or if it is ment to be like that?
Also while on the topic, what's the hose on the turbo which is always blocked ment to be for? Was like that on my CT26 and the same on the CT20b when I got it. Is that also ment to go to the thermostat housing, because there is another outlet not used on it which the blocked hose would reach. Does anyone know?

I think that bottom hose on the coolant neck is for one of the heater hoses. Does your heater work? Its not meant to be like that btw.
The thermostat is located on the other side of the engine just above the A/C compressor. Where the other radiator hose connects to.
The blocked hose/nipple on the turbo might just be the second port on the wastegate which you need to block if you wish to increase the boost over the factory level.

Same as my old 3SGE. Don't know why I thought it was there, though being back to front probably has something to do with it lol.
