How to remove fuel rail from gen 2 3sge

As title says how would I go about removing the fuel rail off my Mr2 easily with only using a hydraulic jack. Using a socket set and most tools also will Japanese fuel rail Bolt up correctly on my aus delivered 3sge?

Manifold is off
I can't manage to get the part that goes from the base if the Acis system to the head, the bolts are in *** hard to reach places with just a socket and extension and a jack.
