^they're the rears though but yeah I got mine from that ebay store I think.
preload was easy, all you do is adjust/turn the link by hand, finger tight, on either side until it "feels" even then do up the lock nut and thats it!

oh and do these bolt directly to the swaybar? or do you still need a bushing?

They were already the correct length, just fit and adjust the preload. Having said that, it would be good just to check them next to the stock ones too.

yep directly to the swaybar, no other hardware required. (The whiteline kit should come with the bar 'D' bushes)

yeah thinking about it. not sure if I can be bothered though :P they'd be an easy fit - later on.
 
I don't need the adjust ability and would rather put money into some other stuff like painted side strips :P

they are not the cheapest but you only get what you pay for IMO (and i can be pretty stingy lol).
the stock skinny links should be fine as long as you run it on the "soft" setting.
the adjustability definately would come in handy when changing settings (ie. moving between holes)
