Steering Wheel Size - SW20 N/A - how small is too small

Hi All,
Christmas is coming and I am asking the family for a Momo wheel for the SW20 - 1993 N/A with no power steering.
Any opinions on how much smaller than the stock wheel one should go before the car will become really hard to maneuver at low speeds? I am looking at wheels that vary in size from 300mm diameter up to 350mm whereas the stock wheel is around 360mm diameter.
I realise I am likely to get as many opinions as responses, but hey, one can only ask!
Regards,
Graham

Are you worried about legalities? 330mm is the minimum size for most places, so that might be something to think about.
My old wheel was ~320mm, which with no power steering was about perfect.
