    cool ....  I have one that i made myself. All i did was to wire up to brake lights with another set of brake bulbs  then made the lettering on the centre panel. that i had laying as spares. ......   cost $0 .
    That has been working for 5 years , maybe bit more with no problems :D
     
    ps sorry its hard to explain it here .... i might put up pics if you like to see them

    Nice find Pete.
     
    The imported Civic/CRX also had that feature for the back it was in the Honda Access Catalogue.
