Fuel lid
My fuel lid on my SW20 doesn't open when I pull the lever, you need to hold the lever up whilst levering out the fuel lid.. Anyone else had this problem? What would it be, the latch, or a spring missing or something?

Also the boot lever doesn't work at all, need to use the key to open it, no idea why?

I would first remove the plastic cover where the leavers are. Make sure the cables are still connected.

I don't think it's the cable for the fuel lid though, because the lever still unlocks the fuel lid, it just won't pop open.. I have to put my wallet underneath it and then use my fingernail to get it open.

I had a similar problem after I put my car back together after its respray. Same sort of scenario I had to use a key to open it. There is a little metal spring/clip on the door of the fuel cap - if that isn't there it wont open.

It is strange that both your fuel and boot arent working - have you tried removing them from the lever and pulling them them manually to see if it releases/opens?

Pretty fiddly to get it to clip on and stay on without pending the spring but yeah pretty sure it stays there. I put a small dot of superglue and has held tight for 3+ years. Glad you found fix
