Yeah, the RWC doesnt make much difference here. The car would still be under your name until the ownership had been changed, RWC or not.
 
The only thing is that if a RWC is needed, the ownership transfer might take a bit longer that
's right.
 
But as ZEROGK pointed out, you have a legal document assessing you have sold the car so that's fine.

So about the likelyness of getting a RWC, how hard is it for a modified car ?
 
There was this 180sx a few days ago for sale, it had light engine mods, bodykit, drift button... pretty much a street drift car ^^
 
Of course it was sold without a RWC, would it be hard/expensive to get one for that kind of car ?
