Yeap, those are the correct part numbers for the seat rails.
No, it didn't come with new bolts. The original bolts on the seats were in pristine condition so I just used them.

Are the correct Bride RO rail part numbers T048RO & T047RO? Do the rails come with the bolts to attach the seats to them? If so there are some on Ebay in QLD for about $270 each

Yeap, they fit perfect, absolutely no issue at all.  The adapter plate is not required, nothing else to it, just get the seats and the rails and chuck it in. Super easy.

Thank you guys! That's awesome to know. Mrskylighter cheers for sharing that find. Lets get some!!!

After mucking around with the damper settings, I've finally realised why the original springs with TRD dampers felt weird, it was over damped.......

Looking good! I'm really wanting to buy a set of coilovers instead of the kings I have in the car atm.
So the car is fairly comfortable on average street roads with the 3/5kg and 15in wheels?

Absolutely, it's got the seals of approval from my partner, her tolerance to discomfort is low to say the least.

Didnt know you can get BCs in custom spring rates?
most 'off the shelf' seem fairly stiff... not sure if it's the damping/settings or the rate

Yeap same price for custom rates and pillow balls all round.

There is quite a lot of adjustment in the dampening to give you what you like best. They will also revalve the coilovers according to your spring rates (over a certain range from default, can't remember exactly) so no issues there.

Came with the car, I sort of use it like an arm rest.
