Error 101

Was trying to access this forum and kept getting the dreaded 'Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset', for the last day and a half from work. Tried IE and Firefox to no avail.
Now I don't know if it just is a coincidence but I ran a http-ping utility on this URL and it all came back OK..... and now it works fine again .... o.O

Was my IP being blocked? or a TLS config issue on one end?

I'm not sure what is causing your problem. It all looks OK on this end.
This web server doesn't block IPs and we don't use TLS. There is no encryption used on this site.

Hmmm must have been just a hiccup with the router/proxy at my work then.
    Cheers.
