NEED SPEEDO DRIVE!!

Hi, If anyone has one lying around somewhere that i could purchase it would be appreciated..
I have been looking around for one for a long time now and have had no luck finding one, so any help would be good at this point

    need to specify to suit what vehicle and transmission.
     
    aw11/sw20/zzw30 turbo/SC/NA, mechanical or electrical speedo?
     
    there's an elec one to suit a turbo sw20 in the forsale section

    oh yeah.. my bad
    Its an SW20 turbo 1990model..
     
    hmm, how would i be able to tell whether it is an electrical or mechanical?

    89-91sw20 were mechanical, 92+ are elec.
     
    having said that, are you sure it's the speedo drive, it's common for the cable to require lubrication/repair

    Yes I am sure, I've taken the front panel out and checked all the cables and have even brought it to several mechanics.

    ok, is it the nylon gear on the speedo drive that is worn? you can buy them new from toyota PN is 33403‑19405.

    Hi
    You can tell if it is the cable or the nylon gear by pulling out the inner cable from the engine end and seeing if it is all intact with no fraying etc.
    Should the cable be broken take it to Flexible Drive Agencies (located in every state) and they will make up a new one. If the cable is OK it is most likely the nylon gear in the transmission casing. A very easy job to replace.
    This happened to me with a AW11 and they made up a cable for me.
