Registering interstate vehicle with Vicroads

Hi there I've got a sw20 I brought from Sydney and about to register with Vicroads in two weeks. My only concern is I've got an Ems computer, surge tank in the boot, 500cc injectors and a custom rail. Would I be able to get away with these once I get my turbo and exhaust back to stock? What are ur experience with registering an interstate car with Vicroads? Cheers.

Once you've got your RWC all VIC Roads check is the Engine No., VIN No., and that the vehicle was registered interstate before, you may need to provide details if they can't find it on their system.  I registered a 1959 Tassy car in VIC that they couldn't find on their system, and in the end just signed a Stat Dec that the car was not stolen.

I think your problem will be with the Road Worthy guy.

Perfect I know my mechanic who's giving me a roadworthy so he'll turn a blind eye on some of the stuff on my car. I was just nervous whether Vicroads would decide to do a full inspection or anything along those lines. Thanks.
